Hi, I’m thrilled you’re here!I proudly call myself a travel maniac. Since my late teens, I’ve been on the road, literally and figuratively, exploring the diverse beauty of Pakistan and many incredible places around the world. Whether it’s the winding roads of Gilgit-Baltistan or the scenic train rides through Europe, my passion for travel has only grown stronger.

Why I Started Skardu on Wheels

Skardu on Wheels was born out of a simple idea: to make travel in Skardu and Gilgit-Baltistan easier, safer, and more fun, especially for foreign tourists. I noticed how hard it can be for travelers to get the right information or connect with trusted local services before they arrive. My goal is to be that bridge between tourists and the warm, welcoming people of Baltistan.From custom itineraries and hotel bookings to 4x4 SUV rentals with local drivers, I’m here to help you plan every detail. My Travel Adventures Around the World

Over the years, I’ve made countless trips to the north of Pakistan. From the lush green valleys of Azad Kashmir and the serene beauty of KPK to the majestic landscapes of Gilgit-Baltistan, each journey has deepened my connection with nature and the local culture.

North Pakistan

Having explored its diverse landscapes from the lush valleys of Azad Kashmir, like Keran, Sharda, and Kel. The scenic beauty of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Swat, Kalam, Kumrat, Naran, Kaghan, and the hidden charm of Dir and Upper Dir. My adventures extended into the heart of Gilgit-Baltistan, where I experienced the dramatic landscapes of Skardu, Hunza, and beyond. Each region offered its own unique magic, from river-kissed meadows and alpine lakes to soaring mountains and welcoming local cultures, making Northern Pakistan a place I return to again and again.

My USA Road Trip

One of my favorite adventures was driving across the United States. I started in Seattle, WA, made my way through Portland, OR, San Francisco, CA, and Los Angeles, CA, finally ending in the dazzling lights of Las Vegas, NV. On the East Coast, I explored New York City, Washington DC, Newark NJ, Philadelphia PA, Baltimore MD, Pittsburgh PA, and Chicago IL.

Exploring the EU

In 2022, I spent Christmas break exploring Europe. I landed in Frankfurt, Germany, and spent over three weeks traveling through cities like Cologne, Berlin, and up to the northern coast of Germany. I also visited Amsterdam and Groningen in the Netherlands, mostly by train and always with the help of local friends, hosts, and family.

The Gulf Experience

In my early 20s, I lived and worked in the UAE, which gave me the chance to explore all of its emirates and parts of Oman. It was one of the first times I realized how much I enjoy discovering new places and cultures.
