General Information

  • Skardu on Wheels is a locally-run car rental and tour planning service based in Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan.
  • Our services include vehicle rentals with drivers, custom and ready-made tour packages, and itinerary assistance.

Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, social media, or by contacting our team directly.
  • Full advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cashapp, applepay, credit/debit card, and other available options disclosed at booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip may not be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

Driver & Vehicle Use

  • All vehicles are rented with professional local drivers only.
  • Clients are not permitted to drive the vehicles themselves.
  • Smoking, drinking, and unlawful activities in the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
  • You are responsible for your belongings. We are not liable for any lost or misplaced items during the trip.

Changes to Itinerary

  • Minor itinerary adjustments may be made based on weather, road conditions, or safety concerns.
  • Any major change will be discussed with and approved by the customer beforehand.

Liability & Responsibility

  • Skardu on Wheels is not responsible for delays, injuries, or losses due to natural disasters, road closures, accidents, or third-party issues.
  • We ensure our vehicles are regularly maintained and drivers are trained for your safety.

Travel Documents & Visas

  • Foreign nationals must carry valid passports and appropriate travel visas.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure all required documents are in order before arrival.

Use of Website

  • You may use our website for browsing and booking purposes only.
  • No part of the website may be copied, modified, or reproduced without permission.

Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties without consent.
  • Data submitted via contact or booking forms is used solely to fulfill your request.
